Block Training
Block Training is hard. Especially when you haven’t been to the gym in a week.
I did a block training set today to see where I stood. The result: not too good. Here’s to procrastination and bad weather.
Swim: 18 laps in 20 minutes (pathetic). I never pulled myself out of water only to find myself covered in sweat before…
Bike: 6 miles
Run: 1 mile! wow, that was not good.
Here’s to hoping my schedule stays light and it doesn’t rain again for another 2 months.
