Staying on track
Success!
I fell off track again, but I haven’t lost much… I actually made some gains. I started with a fast 2 mile run and went right into my swim.
Typically my swim consists of me swimming 2-3 Laps and then gasping for air for the next 20 minutes. Not today. Today I started with 5 laps straight! I then did 4 more for a total of 9 laps in less than 9 minutes. A new record! I finished out with alternating 2 and 3 lap sets for a total of 24 laps in about 30 minutes. And even though i see 4 of everything right now that makes another new milestone.
Run: 2 miles, 17 minutes Swim: 24 laps, 30 minutes
