Morning Training
Today was my first day of morning training. I’ve been trying to get up at 6am for the past few days to train, but have been unsucessful. I finally did it today and it was definitely worth it.
I had twice as much energy as I do when I train at the end of the day. Thanks to Brian Mavi for encouraging me to finally do the morning training. So today I ran 4 miles on the road without stopping once! This was my first 4 mile rum…EVER! I felt really good afterwards, too. My new sneaks really helped (although they may be a half size too big).
Run (street): 4 miles at 39 minutes.
