Running into a Wall
Pretty exhausted today. Haven’t really felt well all day for some reason. I pushed myself to run. I made it about 1/2 mile and felt like turning around and walking home. It took everything I had in me to keep going and not stop. In the end, it wasn’t a complete failure, but today was definitely my weakest workout in a while.
Looking forward to feeling better tomorrow and banging out 50 laps at the pool and 3 miles on the treadmill!
Run: ~2 miles at 15.75 min.
